Due to potential, unanticipated manufacturing delays we cannot guarantee dates of delivery for pre-ordered items. Preordered items are sold on a first come first sold basis. We will charge you account when the order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fill your order, a full refund will be issued. We will accept cancellations of preordered items but for store credit only and no refunds will be issued.
