Koolaburra footwear is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase, excluding misuse and normal wear & tear, and excluding any braid. All warranty decisions, including replacements, credits and repairs, will be made by Koolaburra (and not by the retailer) after examination of the product. Some dye loss or dye transfer is normal, especially with black and dark colors, and is not a defect.
Returns of non-defective footwear in new, pristine condition may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Crystalized boots are hand made for each order and are not returnable unless defective. Please call 1 (760) 238-2729 for authorization of all returns. Returns not marked with a valid Return Authorization issued by UnusualThreads.com will be refused.
